#Standing4BlackGirls Missing and Murdered March & Rally on April 18th

Please join us on Saturday April 18th for a march and rally down Crenshaw Blvd. to City Council District 8 where we will be posting our signs, demands and artwork calling for a #TioniTheus Youth space! Tioni was a sixteen year old Black girl and trafficking victim from South LA. who was abducted, murdered and left on the side of the 110 freeway in 2022. Black women and girls represent over 40% of missing women and have the highest rates of homicide among female populations in the U.S. Black women are nearly three times more likely to be victims than white women. The march will be preceded by public comment at the L.A. City Council on April 2nd.
