WLP seniors Lizette Nsilu, Mariah Perkins and Asha Kent will be attending El Camino College, Clark Atlanta University and UC San Diego respectively in the fall! Asha and Mariah have been a part of WLP King-Drew since they were 9th graders and Lizette joined in 12th grade. Over the past four years they have written articles, conducted trainings, and spoken on national panels, at school-community events and rallies amplifying issues that are culturally relevant to Black women and girls.
